How to Convert an Epson Printer to Sublimation (with videos!)

Ok, I finally got my hands an Epson WF printer that hadn't been "converted" to sublimation yet so I can make a video!  (If you don't know what sublimation is, read What is Sublimation & Where Do I Start?) You do need an upgraded version of Studio so you can save as a PNG or JPG, but the rest is pretty easy once you learn a couple tricks. Here's a video showing you the process! I even used some of our chickens to make a...

Obviously, the best thing to do is to get a high-res image.  But, if that's not possible and you need to do some cleanup, there is a way to do it without Photoshop. Obviously, you can try to trace it altogether and create a new version, but if there are details you don't want to lose, this is another option. Also, I didn't mention in the video, but you can also just choose to crop the OUTSIDE edge by choosing "Trace Outer Edge" which can be handy sometimes too. Hopefully...
